A story in the Sept. 23 issue of Education Week that described how teachers are using the presidential-impeachment inquiry to teach about the U.S. Constitution inadvertently changed the meaning of one observer's comments. Margaret S. Branson, an associate director of the Center for Civic Education, said the document can be read in about 20 minutes, but takes a lifetime to study.
