Committee Calls for More History Instruction at All Levels
A foundation-backed panel of teachers and prominent historians has released its first set of recommendations for improving instruction in history.
The Bradley Commission on History in Schools, meeting in Reno late last month, issued a call for a substantial increase in the amount of history teaching at all levels of precollegiate education.
