The Secondary Study Group of Massachusetts has been meeting for six years. At a recent session, the members--including (clockwise from the immediate right) Paula Evans, Clare Fox, Joseph McDonald, and Keith Grove--discussed why veteran teachers leave or remain in the classroom.
