Join us for an insightful webinar on budgeting for sustainability within your school district, offering a deep dive into strategic resource management amidst financial shifts and challenges.

Resources are hard to find, and the demand for quality education continues to rise, emphasizing the urgency of budgeting for sustainability. With the expiration of ESSER funding on the horizon, school districts find themselves at a critical juncture. This webinar will equip participants with the knowledge and tools to effectively manage resources, ensuring that educational quality and district initiatives are maintained sustainably for years to come.

You will learn:

  • Strategies for the effective allocation of ESSER funds.
  • How to create robust sustainability plans for ongoing educational initiatives.
  • Techniques for identifying and leveraging alternative funding sources.
  • Ways to engage the community and foster support for district priorities through transparent, accountable financial strategies.

Your participation will not only provide you with actionable strategies but also offer an opportunity to engage with one of the leading voices in educational leadership and sustainability, Dr. Susan Enfield, who brings a wealth of experience on this topic from her time as Superintendent for the Washoe County School District, Highline Public Schools, and more. Equip your district to move forward confidently in a post-ESSER funding landscape.
