The good news in the math world is that girls appear to be performing as well as boys...the bad news is that there is still waning interest among girls in certain math-related subjects as they move through high school. That is the conclusion of a recent study conducted by researchers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of California, Berkeley.
