Device explodes outside Liverpool school

LONDON (AP) — An explosive device exploded Friday in a school parking lot in Liverpool, police said. No injuries were reported.

It went off outside St. Edward’s College, a boys school, at 2:50 p.m. (1350GMT), police said.

Sky News cited unidentified witnesses as saying the device was underneath a teacher’s car.
