Students at Meade Elementary School in Williamsport, Ky., get an up-close and personal introduction to the sax thanks to the Tower Saxophone Quartet. The musicians’ residency in Floyd, Johnson, and Magoffin counties is being partially paid for by the National Endowment for the Arts.
