Saturn Descending: Facing negative publicity over declining test scores at the district's innovative Saturn School of Tomorrow, the new superintendent of the St. Paul, Minn., public schools has ordered a review of Saturn's curriculum and management. Local news media have reported that the school's scores on the Iowa Test of Basic Skills have dropped since the technology-oriented magnet school opened in 1989.
