Mackinac Center for Public Policy

The center is a nonprofit, nonpartisan research and educational organization that promotes state and local policy in Michigan. It produces reports and educational programs with the goal of assisting in the evaluation and promotion of public policy. The center works to incorporate the "best understanding of economics, science, law, psychology, history, and morality." It is funded by individuals, foundations, and businesses.
