CALENDAR OF EVENTS
Submission Guidelines
Education Week, the Teacher Professional Development Sourcebook, and edweek.org use this common submission form for events that appear in their calendars.
Submit your information online, and after it is reviewed, we will include it in the appropriate places, edited to conform to the requirements of each publication.
All events submitted will automatically appear in the online calendar, once accepted.
Submit events here. If you run into any problems, contact our calendar staff at calendar@epe.org.
In addition to the online calendar, Education Week publishes a supplemental Calendar of Events twice a year in the print edition of the newspaper. The Fall Calendar lists events from September of the current year through December of the following year. The Spring Calendar lists events from March through December of the current year.
The deadline to submit events for the Fall 2013 Calendar is June 30, 2013.
Education-related events also appear in the bi-annual Teacher Professional Development Sourcebook, produced by the staff at teachermagazine.org.
To qualify for a free online listing, your event must be:
• A conference, workshop, seminar, institute, or other major singular event, except award banquets, dinners, open houses, student events, or events intended primarily for the general public.
• Intended primarily for K-12 teachers, policymakers, researchers, board members, administrators, or school staff
• International, national, or regional in scope
• An online event or a live event
