How do I contact the library via instant messenger?

The Library has screen names on Yahoo! Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) and MSN Messenger. Add our screen name to your "buddies" list (for the service that you are using) and send us a message when you have a question.

When can I contact the library?

When you see that we are "Online", then we are available to chat. If we are not online please email your questions to library@epe.org.

What kinds of questions can I ask over chat?

We can provide help with Education Week content , finding an Education Week article or technical assistance.

How can I set up an instant messenger account of my own?

To set up an account, choose the service you wish to use. Then click on the links we have provided below which will send you to the homepages of these services. On those pages you will be able to set up an account and download that service.
