Institute of Education Sciences

William B. Whitten II, the director of the Center for Learning in Unsupervised Environments at Fordham University in New York City, and Mitchell Rabinowitz, professor of psychology and educational services at Fordham University, have jointly been awarded an $890,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Education’s Institute of Education Sciences in Washington. The three-year grant will fund research on learning methods for middle school students.
