Teachers can tap into a new Internet tool to help students understand the complexities of foreign policy and the work of multinational U.N. peacekeeping forces. Justice Learning, a civic-learning project sponsored by National Public Radio and the New York Times Learning Network, is offering online lessons that walk students through the multiple issues surrounding U.N. efforts to prevent or resolve conflicts.
Justice Learning also offers teaching materials and other resources on such issues as voting rights, the death penalty, and religion in schools.
