The Center for Education Reform provided incorrect information about Georgia's charter school law for the special Jan. 13, 2000, Quality Counts issue of Education Week. The center has rated Georgia's amended charter school law as "strong," rather than "weak," as was reported.

Georgia thus earns a 62, or D-minus, rather than a 58, or F, as its grade in the "school climate" category. See Georgia's State Policy Update.
